1. Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days from the date you receive the goods.

To cancel an order:

Refund for Cancelled Orders: We will reimburse 80% of the product value within 2 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Please Note:

  • Taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Goods purchased during clearance sales cannot be refunded
  • Personalized/customized items cannot be cancelled

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The goods are in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • The goods are unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Goods That Cannot Be Returned:

  1. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  2. Goods unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery
  3. Goods that are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
  4. Intimate apparel or undergarments for hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Exceptions: Shipping charges, taxes, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
